Good friends are like stars....You don't always see them, but you know they are always there.

Lakeville or Bust!

Off to Lakeville for the last leg of the trip. Can you believe we had NO RAIN and sun everyday on our vacation? Yes, no April showers in MA. We had a few adventures while we were home. I got to see Grandma's new pad at the Shaw Home. Turtle hunt on kayak w/ M&D and Willie (Everyone caught a turtle but Will!). DQ. Bike excursion thru Miles Standish. (Papa riding a girl's bike!). Going to Not Your Average Joe's (in the pimp car). Red Sox game and Boston tour (Lau-have another!). Blue Hills walk thru the woods. BBQ back at M&D's (whatever happened to our BIG party?).

We couldn't have asked for better weather, better food or company. Thanks to all of you for making the effort to keep us entertained, active and well fed-especially with the sweets! It was a true vacation for us and although VERY sad to leave again for another half a year or so...we were pretty tired from all the fun and we missed our girls! Looking forward to your visit here.

Good times, good friends

We met Greg, Erin, Ryan, the Collins and Meg at the Gaslamp in Portsmouth for pizza.

Thank you so much Erin and Greg for making the time to see us. And Meg for driving up from Boston- what a great surprise. It was so nice to see all of you and I really miss your company when I'm in Idaho. Old friends are the best friends. Looking forward to our next visit, maybe Idaho?!

Off we went to York...The 'circus' came to Long Sands and it was pretty fun!

To name a few of our adventures- hot tub, pool, kite flying, walking on the beach, going into the ocean fully dressed (PJ), surfing, playground, ice cream, picnic, Warren's, snoring, tidepools, Gaslamp!

I remember some funny quotes as well but not sure this is the place to post them! Kids do say the funniest things. It was so special to Willie and me to spend some QT with our favorite niece and favorite nephews! Looking forward to another trip like this in the future- Souza family, what's next? LAKE WINNIPESAUKEE? Only a suggestion...

Our trip home started off at Katy and Mike's house.

It was great to see them and we were thrilled to meet MK. She is a doll!

Katy and Mike we wish you lots of luck in your new adventure and hopefully next time we come visit it will be in NY.
